At MEYER'S, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we’re here to assist you.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging when possible.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact our customer support team at teatidaddy108@gmail.com  with your order details within the return window. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Cancellations
